  • Membership, Employer, Policy-related details
  • Details necessary for funeral planning coordination by our partners

This information may be collected directly or shared by the Program Sponsor, participating individual, or their family.

  1. How We Use Your Information

We use the information to:

  • Provide funeral planning and coordination services
  • Communicate with users regarding service options and logistics
  • Refer you to appropriate Service Partners (DocuGuardian, Titan Concierge and or the Program Sponsor)
  1. Sharing of Information

We only share personal information with:

  • Our Service Partners for the purpose of delivering Survivor Assistance™ services
  • The Program Sponsor, when necessary for verifying eligibility or program coordination

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data. While no system is entirely secure, we work to ensure the confidentiality of your information.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. Note that certain requests may affect your ability to use the program.

Our services may link to websites operated by our Service Partners. Their privacy policies apply when you engage directly with their platforms.
